In 1958 Herb Motkin, after ten years in the title insurance industry opened Sepulveda Escrow. Shortly thereafter, he joined the largest escrow franchise at that time, operating as the Sepulveda Escrow office of Western Mutual Escrow Corporation and continued to operate under this franchise until the incorporation of Sepulveda Escrow Corporation in 1983.

In June 1986 Herb’s daughter Melissa joined the firm. Presently, Melissa is the president and manager of the corporation.Melissa, with over 20 years of experience in the escrow industry, is considered an expert in her field. Melissa’s focus is on “customer service” and she works diligently to satisfy the needs of all parties in escrow. Melissa is also readily available to personally address all questions and concerns which may arise during the escrow process.
